Where are the applications downloaded from?
All downloads are verified to come from downloads.jetbrains.com. Https is used in all communication.

Gabriellacoste, there is an issue on this subject in our bug tracker. Please feel free to track it: https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/TBX-370/With-JBA-integration-enabled-show-the-latest-version-available-for-perpetual-license-fallback.
Toolbox only show me the latest version. I did not show my purchase that is in 2019. It should be able to showing me my purchase and let me download it. I'm logged in my account.
