JetBrains ETW Host Service Bricks My PC
After I installed an update for IntelliJ IDEA Ultimate from JetBrains Toolbox, when I run IntelliJ IDEA, it has a black screen. After I restart nothing is responding, taskbar, explorer, Task Manager. Then I tried to restore to restore points, There is JetBrains ETW Installed restore point so I just restored. I would like to know what is the problem here? Is it safe to install IntelliJ IDEA from JetBrains Toolbox?

Have you ever seen such behaviour with IDEA installed manually (not via ToolBox)?

That's is quite a weird issue we have never seen before. Could you please try to reproduce it and if the issue persists post both ToolBox and IDEA logs?
Um why I would reproduce it? It could brick my pc again. But when I tried install IJ manually it works fine
