Is it normal for toolbox app to hoard so much memory on linux?

alas im afraid it hoards more memory than chrome for some reason. 

System specifications:
OS: openSUSE Tumbleweed x86_64
Kernel: Linux 6.13.7-1-default
Uptime: 19 hours, 8 mins
Packages: 2667 (rpm), 17 (flatp)
Shell: bash 5.2.37
DE: GNOME 48.0
CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-10310z
GPU: Intel UHD Graphics @ 1.15 ]
Memory: 15.31 GiB

Hello, thanks for highlighting this topic! Yes, currently, Toolbox can consume more resources than expected. Plans are in place to improve the situation. Please see TBX-11352 (https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/TBX-11352)
