Toolbox doesn't alert or automatically update products
I am using toolbox 1.8.3678 and I have multiple JB products. My PHPStorm tells me there is an update available but the toolbox doesnt, even after I check for updates manually in the toolbox. So I can't use it to update PHPStorm
How can I configure toolbox to automatically update my products, or at the very least why doesnt toolbox recognize there's a PHPStorm update upon manual check?

Are there any connections issue in the Toolbox App logs?
Thanks Artem! No connection issues in the logs. In fact I was able to download Datagrip thru the toolbox. Could it be that is because I installed toolbox after I installed PHPStorm?
Yes, that's! Toolbox can upgrade only those IDEs that were installed via Toolbox.
Gotcha - so if I uninstall PHPStorm app (I'm on Mac) and then add it from toolbox, will it keep my preferences and workspaces?
When running PHPStorn for the first time, it will be suggested to import IDE settings. It is where you can migrate all your preferences and workspaces from local IDE to Toolbox installed one.
