Windows 10 - Toolbox is transparent!

I love the toolbox! On Windows 10, about two update ago.., the alpha is all wrong and it makes it nearly impossible to use.

This is what the toolbox looks like (on three Windows 10 VMs, this occurring on all three VMs)

The trees are my desktop bleeding into the header area.

For Win10 users here the solution in short:

  1.  Open PowerShell as Administratior
  2. Type: 
    [Environment]::SetEnvironmentVariable("JETBRAINS_TOOLBOX_FORCE_SOFTWARE_OPEN_GL", 1, "machine")
  3. Restart the Toolbox.
