Adding 'New Project' button to toolbox

It would be extremely convenient to be able to create a new project directly from the toolbox. Similar to the recent projects tab. Perhaps in the 'More' menu to the right of the installed applications. This would allow toolbox users to create a new project without having to first let the application load the previous project, and then having to navigate the menus.
