Tools opened via JetBrains Toolbox are not real windows

Why when I open an tool, like PhpStorm, via JetBrains Toolbox it runs the loading screen under all my active windows and when it is done loading the window doesn't appear at my Alt-tab until I click the PhpStorm icon and start menu toolbar?

I'm using Antergos KDE 5.14.2, with kernel 4.18.16.
