Cannot install WebStorm from Toolbox
Hi,
My system is Windows 10 build 1809, 64 bit. My JetBrains Toolbox version is 1.12.4481. I have a full subscription.
After I clicked on the "Install" button on the WebStorm item, the package started to download. But when it reaches 100%, it says download failed and stuck there for a while, then eventually fail.
I have tried multiple times in the past two days.

Hi! Could you please send Toolbox logs (сlick the metal nut icon on the right-hand side of the Toolbox) to toolbox-support at jetbrains.com after the problem occurs again? If it's not possible to open the logs via UI, you can find it manually, logs should be here - C:\Users<user_name>\AppData\Local\JetBrains\Toolbox\logs.
