[Windows 10] Toolbox keep asking for credentials after boot.

Hi,

i'm not using any proxy, but toolbox keep asking for my JetBrains account credentials each time app is started:

* after system boot

* when manually closed and re-opened from Start menu

which additional details should i provide?
