I paid 6 months for ALL tools, then 7 months for intelliJ (13 consecutive in total). I'd like to pay the difference $60 to have fallback licenses for ALL.

I emailed back and forth with sales(US), and after 12 or so emails back and forth over 2 weeks, I had to tell them to not email ever again. THEY ARE THE WORST!!
Highly incompetent and terrible support from US sales team. (I emailed one person several times, then I asked for a manager, who didn't read the email history and asked me to re-explain... Then when I asked him why I had to re-explain, he thought it was ok to ask me to re-explain what was already explained.   Brian: 0 out of 5. He finally read the email history after 3 emails with him. ) 

It's almost like he was trying to annoy me. ..or that he is just terrible at his job.
