Toolbox login fail utf8

I can't log into the toolbox. It seems to be another error than the ones I've read about in previous post on this topic. I'm running Windows 1909 and Toolbox 1.18.7609. I tried logging in using current versions of Chrome, Firefox and Edge-c.

This catches my eye: 

java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Invalid UTF-8: Illegal trailing byte in 2 bytes utf

Could my username cause this? The 'Ö' looks crazy in the path: Ö
