Uninstalling Rider in Toolbox before updates did not work as expected

I want to report an issue I witnessed. I got 2 updates in my toolbox (Resharper, Rider).

I didn't need to update Rider. I proceeded to first uninstall it from Toolbox. After uninstall completed, the UI did not remove Rider from the tools to update list.

I clicked on the "Update all" button, and the update process started. Resharper was first installed, then Rider was re-installed. After update I uninstalled Rider again, and this time Rider was removed from the updates list, although Resharper was still in the update list.

I proceeded to update Resharper again by clicking on the Resharper "Update" button, and this time the Gui was updated as expected. Resharper was listed as installed.
