Code With Me HTML TAG Problem

Hello, we have installed "Code With me" for "PHPStorm" and we are writing code simultaneously, but when we write .class <tab> for the opened client, when I make automatic "<div class=""></div> and div <tab> < It doesn't create div></div>. I can't create live template like in PHPStorm. Does anyone know a solution for these?
