Idle Toolbox on Windows 11 consumes large amounts of memory

On a recently booted Windows 11 box which has been idle since boot for about 30 minutes, the Toolbox app holds top position in the task manager regarding memory consumption with 340 MB and going. I have subscribed to Resharper and Rider and the installed tools are up to date. I cannot see any reason why the toolbox app consumes so much memory. Has anyone observed a similar situation or could you offer any leads as to what causes resource hogging?
