Just for the record: the problem is solved with Toolbox version 1.15.5666. ThanksFriedlieb

Thanks, Toby. I was trying to quick-fix this with a symbolic link but the file system at /tmp/.mount_jetbra* is read only. So I am lost and waiting for the JetBrains guys with a fix in the toolbox....
