Toolbox is constantly failing to upgrade tools on win10 - no reaction on youtrack

Hi

since a while toolbox is constantly failing to upgrade the tools installed.

On every patch I have to downgrade and upgrade again.

My tools are installed in a custom location due to company restriction on appdata local syncs.

I tried everything I found :

  1. Run Toolbox as Admin
  2. exclude toolbox process from defender
  3. exclude repo directory from defender
  4. give everybody full access

None of the above helped.

For every tool I get the following error display on first update:

We're currently going through older support requests and cleaning up tickets that have been open for a while. Since some time has passed, and newer versions of JetBrains Toolbox App have included many fixes and improvements, we're preparing to close older tickets.
