Error: "Failed to start code with me session"

When attempting to open a Code With Me link from a coworker, the JetBrains Toolbox app opens and shows an error message at the bottom:

Failed to join code with me session
Starting JetBrains client 211.7628.25 failed

I checked the log file, and I can see the following two lines:

What would be causing my error, and how can I fix it?

I'm on JetBrains Toolbox 2.5.2.35332, ubuntu 24.04 (Linux 6.8.0-51-generic), x64
