Toolbox window has unusable size

When I open the Toolbox (top image), it then looks like the bottom image, which shows a window of about 1 pixel in width. I am using Ubuntu 24.04 on 2 monitors. It all worked perfectly until April.
This is unworkable, because I can not update the Toolbox, nor any products I use.

I solved the problem by overwriting the Toolbox with a new download, but this is rather annoying.
