Certain JetBrains Apps can't update automatically

There are a couple of JetBrains applications that can't be updated through toolbox for me. Even right after installation it shows the following message when clicking on the settings icon next to the application:
Current applications I'm experiencing this with are PHPStorm and RubyMine

Have you installed them via Toolbox? What Toolbox version are you using?
@Artem Yeah I installed them through Toolbox. I am using Toolbox version 1.6.2914.
Do you see any errors/issues in Toolbox logs? It could happen when Toolbox App loses permissions to install folder.
Had this same issue -- here's what worked for me.
First I uninstalled the app with Toolbox (for me it was CLion).
Then, navigate to %LOCALAPPDATA%/JetBrains/Toolbox/apps (yeah those are slashes -- screw backslashes). Just paste that into File Explorer's address bar (or whatever file manager you use)
Delete the offending app's folder (for me, I would delete CLion).
Reinstall from toolbox.
Hopefully things show up correctly now.
