add desktop icon in windows
Is there any plan to add desktop icon support? I pull the shortcuts in start menu to desktop, but after app updates all the shortcuts go wrong. How about add an option to add shortcut to desktop and automatically update them with app updates?

The shortcuts also disappear from start menu tiles after any update..
This would also make my life a lot easier and it should be fairly trivial to implement. I was kind of shocked to find this was not already a feature. Only reason I am currently using individually installed products.
Same story, here using the ToolBox install. Keep having to update the desktop shortcuts every update gets annoying.
