There seems to be a problem with the ch-* directories. I have ch-0 through ch-9, and they all have a version 192.5728.98 of IntelliJ IDEA.app in it. Deleting the ch-1 through ch-9 directories there seems to clean it up, but I'm not sure how they got there.
On macOS:
Shut down the toolbox app.
cd ~/Library/Application\ Support/JetBrains/Toolbox/apps/IDEA-U
remove everything except ch-0.
Restarting the toolbox app it looks fine now, and to date, they haven't re-appeared.
I am experiencing the same issue.
