[Windows 10] Toolbox installed/updated tools are not added to registry.

I'm encountering a really frustrating issue on Windows workstation (not present on my Linux laptop) in which tools installed by the Toolbox app (rider, clion, intelli-J, etc) are not being registered correctly with Windows and as a result, not appearing in the Apps and Features menu or the file type associations.

The workaround for the file extension is currently to manually browse to the installation directory of the tool itself, but this inevitably breaks each time there is an update.

100% also experiencing this. Manually associating Rider every time it updates is driving me to drink.
