Toolbox Licence Management

Hello,

I got an issue on my Windows 10 PC, when I start a Software from the toolbox it tells me the licence has expired.

My licences are all valid , I never had to enter a licence manually before.

Is the toolbox on Windows not managing the licences anymore ?
