Defining tool installation location via configuration (Linux)

We are looking to create VMs that have the Toolbox and IntelliJ pre-installed available for a developer to use their JetBrains credentials and licenses with. However, we would like to standardize the application installation into one location and right now the Toolbox appears to default to $USERHOME.
Is there a configuration file for the Toolbox that we can modify/create that will provide a target location other than the default location?

Hi T Heidenthal! Unfortunately, it is not possible to configure the installation location at the moment.
Here's an open issue about it: TBX-5738. Nevertheless, feel free to comment or upvote.
