I believe it's installation folder of your IDEs. Thus 7.7 GB is kinda expected size.

Do you see any errors/issues in Toolbox logs? It could happen when Toolbox App loses permissions to install folder.

Hello! Looks like you have this issue - https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/ALL-1224 We do plan to fix it by the nearest Toolbox update(yes, it will be required to update Toolbox manually).
