JetBrains Toolbox is not working with an error dialog box.
The following dialog box opens when the PC starts up

JetBrains Toolbox is resident in the system tray, but cannot be opened.
(The same dialog box appears when I try to open it.)
It was possible to close it.
I tried to uninstall JetBrains Toolbox, but when I uninstalled the application or simply started the installer, the same dialog box appeared and I could not continue.
I tried to uninstall the application with the PC in “Safe Mode”, but the same dialog box appeared and I could not continue.
How can I get JetBrains Toolbox back to normal?
The operating environment is as follows
Windows11 Pro 23H2 Japanese
AMD Ryzen 7 6800H / 64GB RAM
I have Microsoft Office 365 and VisualStudio 2019 and 2022 installed.
And some games and so on.
Any advice would be appreciated.
