Why does the toolbox add the project that I opened with Visual Studio Community to the project list, even though I haven't installed Rider?

I create a project in Visual Studio Community, and open it.
Then it will display in Toolbox project list.
How to disable this function?

Projects that you don't want to see in the Toolbox App can be hidden with the right mouse button.
