Set Toolbox to install apps in /Applications, not in ~/Applications (macOS)

By default, Toolbox (at least under macOS) seems to install the IDE apps in ~/Applications/JetBrains Toolsbox. But on my single-user machine, I do _not_ want my home folder bloated with apps.
How can Toolbox be configured so that the IDE apps are installed in /Applications or in /Applications/JetBrains Toolbox ?
Unless I am mistaken, the setting "Tools install location", which by default is ~/Library/Application Support/JetBrains/Toolbox seems to be for an entirely different purpose.

Hi! Applications are currently installed in /Users/<USER ACCOUNT NAME>/Library/Application Support/JetBrains/Toolbox/apps
If necessary, this location can be changed (Main menu → Settings → block Tools → block Tools install location).
